End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Platt Solutions, LLC ("Company") for the use of the StarPower application ("App") on macOS. By using the App, User agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

  1. License Grant: Company grants User a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on a single macOS device owned or controlled by User. User may not sublicense, distribute, or make the App available to any third party.
  2. App Updates: Company may release updates, upgrades, or bug fixes from time to time. User acknowledges that these updates may be necessary for continued use and agrees to install them promptly.
  3. Data Collection: The App does not collect any personal information from Users. Company respects User's privacy and will handle any collected data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
  4. Support and Contact: User may contact Company at david [at] platt.ing for any inquiries, feedback, or support.
  5. Ownership and Intellectual Property: The App and all related intellectual property rights are owned by Company. User agrees not to modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
  6. Limitation of Liability: The App is provided "as is" without any warranties or guarantees. Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.
  7. Termination: Company may terminate this Agreement if User fails to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, User must cease all use of the App and destroy all copies.
  8. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Company is located.

By using the StarPower App, User acknowledges that they have read and understood this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
